The "Slums"

The "Slums" are the residential districts at the base of the mountain. The mining families live here in comfort while the overlooked live in poverty, committing crimes, dealing forms of opium and doing what they can to get by in a country moving on without them. Some mining families try to improve their districts, most just see the squalor as cheap labor.
